First aid in mental health

as part of Mental Health Awareness Weeks.

The Municipality of Steinfort, in collaboration with the Mental Health League, is organizing a mental health first aid course.

This training provides basic knowledge about mental health disorders and crises. Participants will also learn to recognize the early signs of mental health issues and provide appropriate support to someone in distress.

The course consists of four modules, each lasting three
hours, and will take place on

October 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2026, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm, at the “Al Schmelz” Cultural Center.

The course is taught in Luxembourgish and participation is free of charge.
