This website brings together all the activities, courses, training and other events that take place on the territory of the Municipality of Steinfort.

By creating a single account, the user can register him/herself for courses offered by the municipality. The creation of an account is optional for the registration to an event organised by the municipality.

The municipality does not manage the registration for language courses organised by the "Landakademie", nor for events organised by local associations and listed on the website.

Priority is given to people who live in the municipality of Steinfort (Steinfort, Hagen, Kleinbettingen, Grass). Persons who do not live in the municipality will be put on the "waiting list". If the numerus clausus (limit on the number of people admitted to an activity) is not reached, applications from non-residents will of course be accepted.

If applicable, the activities offered have a minimum and maximum number of registered persons. This variable is filled in the description of each activity. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the activity will be cancelled.

Payment is made by bank transfer or via the Payconiq system, as indicated on the invoice sent to you after completion of your registration (if applicable, after a trial period of the first two classes, except for aquatic classes which do not have a trial period). If you do not wish to continue the course after the trial period, you must unsubscribe no later than the day after the second course.

Attention: Please do not pay your participation fee until you have received the payment request (by post) from the municipal administration.

Once the invoice has been sent, the registration is final.

Cancellation of an enrolment does not entitle the student to a full or partial refund, unless a certificate of inability to continue the course is provided. Fees are payable upon receipt of an invoice issued by the Steinfort Municipality.
