Please note: you should only pay your participation fees once you have received a request for payment from the municipality.

My STEINFORT account

Your user name corresponds to your e-mail address and the password must contain at least: 1 number, 1 symbol (one of: @$!%*#?&) , 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and be 8 characters long.

Data privacy policy

The Commune collects your personal data (surname, first name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address) in order to create and manage your user account on the Commune's website, so that you can register for courses or events organised by the Commune. Please note that without this information, we may be unable to respond to your request.

The recipients of your personal data are as follows:

• The relevant departments within the municipal administration
• SIGI, a subcontractor, for IT management purposes;
• The company Media4All, subcontractor, in the context of IT management;
• he person(s) in charge of the course(s) for which you are registered, as part of the management of the organisation of the course(s);

No other personal data will be transferred to a third party, unless the Steinfort Local Authority is legally obliged to do so or in order to defend its interests in court.
Your data will be kept until you decide to delete your account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion, opposition and limitation. To do so, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the following e-mail address: dpo@steinfort.lu

You can also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de Protection des Données (CNPD) if you feel that your rights have not been respected.
