This gentle class, suitable for everyone, is designed to deeply relieve, mobilise and strengthen the back. Through fluid movements, targeted stretches and mindful breathing exercises, participants learn to release built-up tension, improve their posture and feel more comfortable in their bodies on a daily basis. The sessions help to strengthen the back muscles that support the spine, thereby improving stability, mobility and posture. It is a time to look after yourself, prevent back pain and regain a stronger, more flexible and more relaxed back.
Participants are asked to bring their own floor mat. Please bring a blanket and warm slippers in winter.
