This Hatha Yoga class draws inspiration from the classical yoga tradition whilst offering a space for relaxation, refocusing and connecting with oneself. Through this practice, participants are guided through targeted postures, breathing exercises and moments of mindfulness, helping to harmonise body and mind. Each session includes a short meditation, a sequence of movements adapted to the group’s pace, and a deep final relaxation to integrate the benefits of the practice and soothe the nervous system. The class helps to develop flexibility, mobility, strength and greater body awareness, whilst promoting inner calm and letting go. Depending on the mood of the session, the practice may be accompanied by music to create a soothing and nurturing atmosphere.
Participants are asked to bring their own floor mat.
