This course is designed for sporty participants with more complex and intense exercises than aquagym. The use of accessories and various gymnastic and jogging exercises in the water, as well as the greater depth of the water, result in a diversified course.
The course takes place mainly in the “swimmers” pool at a maximum depth of 2.50m. However, some sessions may be held in the “non-swimmers” pool at a maximum depth of 1.35m

The courses take place during the normal opening hours of the swimming pool. No lessons during school holidays!

Please note: this course is not suitable for non-swimmers!

A deposit of €15.00 for the bracelet is due at the first session. This deposit will be refunded at the last session by returning the undamaged bracelet.

People who do not live in the municipality will be placed on a waiting list. Registration can only be confirmed once enrolment is closed, subject to availability.
