Menopause is an inevitable stage in every woman’s life.
Often, its most well-known signs — such as hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, irritability, sleep disturbances, memory problems, or joint pain — remain taboo or poorly understood.
Today, a woman will spend about a third, or even half, of her life in menopause. It’s not an illness, but it can have a significant impact — sometimes considerable — on both private and professional life.
To better prepare for and navigate this stage more calmly, we must first understand where these symptoms come from and discover together which pillars can help us make the right choices to take care of our health — now and in the future.
