This comprehensive class connects the body and mind through movement, breathing, mindfulness, and gentle psychological tools. Drawing inspiration from yoga, meditation and well-being, it helps release tension, calm the mind, strengthen emotional balance and improve quality of life. The sessions incorporate fluid movements, deep breathing, visualisations, guided meditations and simple stress management techniques.
