As its name suggests, aquagym is gymnastics in water. This has positive effects, such as improving fitness, strengthening the cardiovascular system and improving breathing, all while taking care of the joints.
This course is aimed at beginners, non-swimmers and senior citizens. It involves gentle aqua-gym in the ‘non-swimmers’ pool, with a maximum depth of 1.35m.
