The course will alternate between guided meditations and yoga exercises, incorporating exploration through movement and breathing and relaxation exercises.
The elements of this course are :
- Mindfulness-based meditation
- Gentle, easy yoga movements
- Breathing exercises to relax and discover the body
Mindfulness-based meditation practices and simple stretching and strengthening exercises reinforce the feeling of connection with your own body.
