Simple, calm exercises are proposed, with the emphasis on attentive, conscious execution. The spine plays a central role, and all exercises are performed with respect for the physiological alignment of the joints and human structures.
The three pillars of this session are gentle, conscious movement, breathing and body awareness.
The sessions are divided into several themes
- Lower back
- Upper back
- Neck and shoulders
- Hips
Specific exercises are chosen to strengthen, stretch and relax the lower back, neck and shoulders, and hips.
