This outdoor endurance sport is a great way to meet new people and get some exercise in the fresh air.
Each lesson starts with a warm-up. In the first few lessons the basic principles are explained. The class ends with a stretching exercise. Nordic-Walking has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, muscles and coordination. People suffering from osteoarthritis and osteoporosis can safely practise this sport and enjoy its benefits.
