Call for entries: International Women's Sports Day

SPORTSWOMAN: WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!
Do you live in the municipality of Steinfort and are you or were you a sportswoman? Are you or have you been a member of a local sports club?

On the occasion of International Women's Sports Day, the municipality of Steinfort, in collaboration with the Sports Commission and the Equal Opportunities Commission, would like to put the spotlight on women in sport with a photo exhibition on our "Billerwee" picture path from January to March 2024.

We are looking for young and older sportswomen from our community, as well as sportswomen who are or have been active in our sports clubs. Apart from sportswomen, women who are/were active on the board, as judges or referees are of course also invited. It can also be a group of women representing their sport together. The idea is to show our female athletes "in action" or in the form of a portrait.

With the photo we would like to receive the following information
- Name of the athlete
- Type of sport
- If desired, the period during which the sport was practised.
- Awards received, participation in national/international competitions, games.... (This is not a requirement for participation!)
