The aim of this class is to strengthen the deep muscles of the abdomen and back while improving the flexibility of the spine, hips and shoulders. During the exercises we make sure that we breathe properly and deeply, which supports the effect of the training. Pilates not only helps to prevent postural problems and muscular contractures, but also improves your perception of your own body.
Participants are asked to bring their own floor mat.
