Inspired by Pilates and yoga classes, this class uses light weights to do exercises that benefit both body and mind. The exercises are not only good for the joints and spine, but also help to improve mobility and flexibility, while toning the figure and burning fat.
Participants are asked to bring their own floor mat and 1 kg dumbbells if available.
